Reporting Tool Csv 07.11.08

All, looking for someone to make some additions to a CSV parsing application. It uses ADODB and SQL to query the data from a CSV file and exports data in CSV format. I did it this way because I didnt want to use the VB.NET table adapters and such. I do not wish to use them for these modifications either. 1) Its current functionality is to report "Chronic" sites by parsing a CSV file. It reports back occurances in a CSV file along with the information I select. I would like an option to report occurances or straight report. Currently, if one record in the CSV file met my criteria, it would not report that one record back, it would have to be at least 2 records that met the criteria. Those two records would be reported back as 1 occurance. With the new option you create, I will be able to do a straight report, which would mean it would report the 1 record that met the criteria. I would still be able to switch to the occurances format as well. Also, this setting would need to be saved with the "Job". 2) When I save a "Job" it doesnt record the order of the "Details Field". I would like it to record the order of the details fields. 3) The "Export Details" does not currently export in the normal CSV format, where there are columns for each field in the CSV file. I would like a option that would allow me to export in the column format. Similar to the "Export Results". Also, this setting would need to be saved with the "Job". These changes shouldnt be too difficult. I am attaching a screenshot of the application to give you a better understanding of the application. I will provide the selected programmer the VB.NET 2005 express format code, and the deliverable will need to be source code in VB.NET 2005 express format as well. I think 30$ would be a decent price for these modifications but I am making the limit 50$ as the absolute max I will pay for these mods.
